Pour yogurt into the pot and stir until smooth, without any lumps.
Add washed rice, egg, and flour, then mix again.
Place the pot on the stove and stir continuously.
Once it starts boiling, stop stirring and finely chop the previously washed herbs.
When the rice is cooked, add the herbs and boil for another 5 minutes.
Can be served hot or cold in a deep plate, bowl, or glass. Variations with meat or chickpeas are also available.
