Wash and blanch bitterleaf repeatedly until the bitterness is balanced, then squeeze dry.
Simmer beef with onion and seasoning until tender, reserving the stock.
Boil peanuts until soft and blend with stock into a smooth paste.
Cook peanut paste with beef, smoked fish and bitterleaf over low heat, stirring frequently.
Sauté prawns separately, fold them in at the end and cook until opaque.
Serve with boiled plantain, miondo cassava sticks or rice.
