The dough is kneaded with flour, milk, butter, sugar, egg, yeast, and salt.
For the filling, knotweed, sorrel, and green onion are mixed.
The dough is rolled out, the filling is placed inside, and it is shaped into a kata.
It is baked on a saj (convex griddle).
If dry knotweed is used, it is soaked overnight with sour cream and a drop of milk.
Served hot, spread with sour cream on top. It is recommended to drink with tea.
