Rza Kufta, also known as Rize Kufta, is one of the ancient and delicious dishes of Azerbaijani national cuisine, especially of Irevan cuisine.

Add salt, pepper, and cinnamon to the minced mutton with onion and mix well.
Form small, walnut-sized meatballs from the meat.
Heat the butter in a pan and arrange the meatballs inside.
Fry the meatballs by turning them on all sides.
For the sauce, peel and wash the onion, then chop it finely.
Add butter and salt to the chopped onion and fry until golden brown.
Add tomato puree to the fried onion and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add granulated sugar and lemon juice, mix for 3-5 minutes, then remove from heat.
Pour the sauce over the fried meatballs. Cook the dish over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
When serving Rza kufta, sprinkle finely chopped coriander and dill on top according to taste.
Served hot, garnished with finely chopped coriander and dill.
